This is a community Obon event held at Ross Bay Cemetery. The schedule includes grave washing from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, a heritage walk from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and a Buddhist Obon ceremony at the Kakehashi Stone from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM. The event is expected to conclude around 4:00 PM. Everyone is welcome to attend. This event is organized in partnership with the Victoria Nikkei Cultural Society, the Japanese Friendship Society, and the Old Cemeteries Society.
