About the Event: Tsukino Matsuri 2026 is a one-day event in Victoria themed around Japanese anime and culture. Enjoy a cosplay showcase, AMVs, idol performances, artist and vendor booths, food trucks, and activities like crafts and mask making. Who Should Attend: Open to students, families, and anyone interested in anime or Japanese culture. The evening Yokai Dance is open to all ages, but the outdoor cocktail patio is restricted to those 19+. Children 10 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
