【Event Overview】 Would you like to practice English or Japanese and make new connections at Toronto's Harbourfront? This is a casual Japanese-English language exchange hosted by Canatomo. We will use both languages to interact with people from various backgrounds. We will also provide conversation topics to help get things started. First-time participants and those attending alone are very welcome. 【Participation Fee】 Standard fee: CA$5 Participation is free if you follow and repost Canatomo's Instagram (@canadatomo) and register as a free Canatomo member at the reception desk on the day of the event. 【Who Should Attend】 This event is for anyone looking to practice English or Japanese and expand their social circle in Toronto. For those learning Japanese, the ability to read and write Hiragana and Katakana is a requirement for participation. 【Schedule】 Friday, October 30, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Toronto local time) We will enjoy conversation and socializing using both Japanese and English. 【Meeting Point】 The food court inside Queen’s Quay Terminal, next to Tim Hortons. The Goodman Pub & Kitchen is nearby. 【How to Participate】 Please register (RSVP) in advance via the Meetup page below. Please note that we may adjust the number of participants to balance the number of Japanese and English speakers. An RSVP does not guarantee a spot.
